Our qiviut fiber is hand gathered from wild and domesticated Musk Ox.  The dyed yarns are made in small batches by artist and owner of Qiveut Designs Margaret Rye. Qiviut is very warm, lightweight, and is extremely soft.  Qiviut does not shrink in any temperature water and can be washed by hand.  Qiviut products can last for more than 20 years with care.
